• Implement and manage comprehensive energy management services, ensuring you possess required training, competency, and certifications while actively fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

• Identify and evaluate potential renewable energy projects across the portfolio, actively leading client Renewables initiatives through data preparation, analysis, and knowledge sharing.

• Identify, facilitate, and secure client approval for all potential utility rebates and other incentive opportunities.

• Proactively identify internal and external items impacting energy consumption, coordinate actions to address risks and opportunities, and evaluate effectiveness of all actions to ensure sustained performance improvements, including Building Management System optimization in accordance with industry best practice.

• Manage energy supply, demand, monitoring, and reporting programs, serving as a reliable point of contact while demonstrating commitment to continual improvement of energy performance.

• Ensure adherence to WW EnMP requirements for client portfolio, consolidate regulatory data, and verify timely and accurate submissions on behalf of the organization for designated locations.

• Manage energy conservation targets by preparing business cases and scope of work for energy reduction opportunities, and bring forward innovative pilot projects suitable for roll-out while developing work scopes and initiating requisitions.

• Maintain energy management action plans in Envizi with estimated costs, savings, and ROI, and accurately calculate and record savings for completed actions with backup evidence including metering analysis and engineering calculations.

• Execute and review energy conservation assessment surveys per corporate standards and procedures.

• Support client relationships and business development efforts such as proposal development and developing solution-based service delivery strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with other JLL service lines on the account (Real Estate, Finance, Projects, FM and procurement) to deliver an integrated energy and sustainability solution to the client.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders through appropriate governance and communication channels.

• Coordinate effectively with the client to secure funding and approvals for projects, and liaise with project managers, designers and consultants to ensure works are delivered to a high standard and savings are achieved as anticipated.

• Effectively track and communicate success stories to ensure a high level of awareness and engagement regarding the overall energy and sustainability program.

• Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and solutions to the client and ensuring their effective implementation.

• Contribute to strategic direction and guidance to enhance service delivery through collaboration with the broader Energy and Sustainability Services team.

• Ensure all activities under operational control are conducted and operated in accordance with relevant environmental legislation and guidelines.

• Leverage company environmental and energy management programs to drive innovation, achieve sustainability objectives and targets, track progress against established metrics, and provide regular reporting as needed.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of environmental and energy regulations, ensure full compliance with legal and company requirements, and develop action plans to address new or emerging regulations.

• Support internal and external inspections, audits, and assessments (including ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 audits) conducted by regulatory agencies, insurance carriers, and certification bodies, providing timely responses, completing follow-up issue resolution, and maintaining appropriate reporting documentation.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for environmental and energy matters, coordinating communication between corporate teams and facilities management across assigned areas.
