Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to deliver sophisticated solutions for the real estate industry. In this role, you will partner closely with clients to configure and implement software that supports their business requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex property investment strategies into effective, scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.
Please note that this role requires working UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 BST/GMT) to support the global team.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customise, and implement software solutions to meet client needs across different product areas.
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to business goals and operational strategies.
Lead the implementation of product solutions with limited supervision within agreed scope and timelines, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Translate client requirements into precise documentation and actionable solutions.
Provide training, workshops, and ongoing support to clients, ensuring effective adoption of the platform.
Troubleshoot technical and modelling issues, ensuring software solutions are reliable and accurate.
Manage workload effectively, highlighting potential delays and working to maintain agreed deadlines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and prioritising feedback.
Share knowledge and mentor peers to strengthen team capability and performance.
Contribute to team and organisational goals, while pursuing ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or product-related roles.
Strong understanding of business processes and solution design principles.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
Contribute to team and organisational goals, while pursuing ongoing professional growth.
