Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ED’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling of meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
- Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the ED
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Track action points and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
- Support in planning and executing events, meetings, and special projects
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation when required
- Act as the first point of contact between the ED and stakeholders
- Draft professional emails, memos, and official communication
- Liaise with staff, parents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools
