Associate Staff Engineer, ERP Dynamics Functional (SCM)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 4+ years 
• experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consulting
• Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Hands-on experience in: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Project Costing
• Proven experience in 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
• Experience in multi-country AX/D365 rollouts
• Strong understanding of inventory configuration, production processes, and warehouse management
• Knowledge of GAAP and taxation frameworks.
• Experience in functional documentation (FRD, FDD, Gap Analysis)
• Ability to design and execute end-to-end test scenarios
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global/international project environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 / AX SCM modules across business units
• Configure and support key modules including: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Project Costing
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live
• Manage and support multi-country rollouts and localization requirements
• Provide recommendations on SCM best practices and process improvements
• Prepare and maintain: Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Gap analysis documents, Test cases and business scenarios, Training materials and user guides
• Conduct user training sessions and support adoption across business teams
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and delivery
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and support tax-related configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines
• Participate in client discussions and provide expert functional consulting support

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
