Staff Engineer, ERP Workday HCM (Functional Consultant)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 4+ years 
•  Strong experience in Workday HCM Functional Consulting
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration and business process management
• Expertise in Talent and Performance modules
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring team members
• Experience working in Agile environments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and support Workday HCM modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Ensure Workday configurations align with business processes and organizational needs
• Provide expertise in Talent and Performance modules, including issue resolution and enhancements
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features, trends, and best practices
• Develop and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, test plans, and user guides
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of Workday solutions within project timelines and budgets
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
• Communicate technical/functional concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align Workday solutions with overall IT strategy
• Support Agile project delivery and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
