Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Achieve revenue and growth targets for BD Biosciences portfolio (flow cytometers, reagents, Software鈥檚 and accessories). Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration. Identify new opportunities in clinical, research, and biopharma segments.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, researchers, and procurement teams. Understand customer workflows and provide consultative solutions.
  • Capital Equipment & Tender Management: Drive capital equipment sales through proactive funnel development. Manage tender processes.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate data in CRM tools (SFDC) and ensure timely reporting. Provide monthly funnel updates and forecast accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with application specialists, service teams, and marketing for customer-centric solutions. Coordinate with distributors for order execution and inventory management and track the progress on monthly basis.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales targets and instrument funnel growth.
