Residential Concierge

Portico is searching for a sharp, confident, and service driven Concierge to join our team. This is your chance to combine exceptional guest service with operational vigilance in a role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll do:

• Be the first line of security and service across all entrances
• Follow emergency procedures with precision
• Keep the team connected through clear radio communication
• Liaise with authorities when incidents arise
• Carry out routine patrols and uphold building standards
• Manage access controls, alarms, and CCTV
• Coordinate rapid responses with on site teams and emergency services
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
• Act as the central hub for emergency communication
• Oversee and verify vehicle access to the loading bay
• Inspect deliveries and ensure safety compliance
• Support tenants and drivers for smooth, safe unloading
• Assist with internal logistics and movement of goods

Hours: 42 hours per week, 12 hour shifts from 7am-7pm 4 days on followed by 4 days off.
Salary: £30,000

A Door Supervisor & CCTV SIA Licence are required for this role. Applicants without these licences will not be considered.
