Job description
- On-site technical Support and trouble-shooting for braking products, e.g. ESP, iboost and IPB in GMW
- Re-flash SW for samples and vehicles
- Perform on-site SW testing
- Brake system VAF function joint tuning with customer
- Prototype vehicle installation support and application vehicle check on customer side.
- EOL task for all GMW and GMW projects
- On site GMW & GMW production line check
- Summarize issues and communicate with internal team to make issues clear and give customer feedback our plan for next step.
- Support project team on sample handling, track project status, and coordinate technical and timing issues
- Maintain good customer relationship
- Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering education background, vehicle engineer is preferred
- Be familiar with Vehicle CAN Net and Diagnosis
- Be good at communicating with customers
- Be familiar with procedure of SW testing
- Be familiar with plant system
- Know basic info of General Assembly
