Job description

Overview VTG is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) – Development and Business Center (DBC) Services Development Directorate (SD). This position is located in Ft. Meade, MD. What will you do? Develop and distribute weekly IMS status and schedule variance reports. Coordinate, analyze, and monitor Critical Path inputs and maintain the Critical Path Analysis Report. Participate in and support Critical Path Meetings (CPMs), including preparation of briefings and status reports. Identify schedule risks, trigger dates, and critical path impacts, and communicate findings to Government stakeholders. Maintain a fully resource‑loaded IMS with thousands of tasks. Analyze proposed schedule changes and assess impacts to program execution. Perform weekly analysis of cost, schedule, risk, resources, and performance to identify tasks at risk (30/60/90‑day outlook). Support program and acquisition reviews, including QPRs, IBRs, PDRs, CDRs, and DAES briefings. Prepare and maintain IMS artifacts using DISA‑approved tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Server, PowerPoint, Visio). Identify and elevate program‑level and product‑level issues affecting the IMS. Do you have what it takes? Required Skills: 4+ years exp. in supporting DoD or other federal agencies or without a degree, 6+ yrs experience Proficient experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) MS Teams, and SharePoint. Active DoD Secret Clearance required. VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $50,000-$62,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
