Mandatory skills

 

Microsoft Teams

  • Configuration and administration of Teams tenant level settings, including policies, apps, permissions, etc.
  • Team site level configuration and usage
  • Interaction with SharePoint Online
  • Troubleshooting user issues

 

SharePoint Online

  • Administration of a SharePoint Online environment, including policies, tenant settings, etc.
  • Site provision and management
  • Permissions and Access control
  • Document Library management
  • Troubleshooting user issues

 

Power Platform

  • Creating and managing environments
  • Licensing and capacity management
  • Monitoring and analytics
  • Use and administration of Microsoft’s Centre of Excellence
  • Troubleshooting user issues

 

 

Desirable skills

 

  • Familiarity with what’s necessary to migrate Team and SharePoint sites from one tenant to another
