Villa Host - Russian Speaking

To deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences for guests by acting as their main point of contact throughout their stay, ensuring all needs are anticipated and exceeded in line with luxury hospitality standards.

• Welcome and escort guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in experience
• Provide personalized service and act as a dedicated host for assigned villas
• Build strong relationships with guests, understanding preferences and expectations
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently
• Act as the primary liaison for Russian-speaking guests
• Translate and communicate guest needs accurately to internal departments
• Assist in preparing guest communications, itineraries, and welcome notes in Russian
• Proactively suggest activities, dining options, and experiences
• Handle special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons) with attention to detail
• Conduct villa orientations and explain resort facilities
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Excursions to fulfill guest requests
• Monitor guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
• Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and preferences in the system
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on all guest issues

 

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations
• Experience in resorts or villas operations is an advantage
• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Cultural awareness, especially with Russian-speaking guests
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Positive attitude and team player
• High attention to detail
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
