Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest villas. The role ensures a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for guests while adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Clean and service assigned guest villas according to company standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and common areas
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly
• Handle guest belongings with care and integrity
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in the English Language. Any additional foreign languages will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant preferably in a similar quality hotel
• A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation  
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
