Job description
A candidate who should have successfully led either an account management/ client service team in customer-facing capacity with measurable measurable ROI and clients’ satisfaction.In addition to extensive on-line business experience.
8 or more years relevant professional experience in a local or international agency
Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant field of study.
Proven relationship building skills at the top end in blue chip business/Organisations
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of 25+people; hands-on skill and coaching.
Track record of developing service and / or account management skills.
A strong 360 degree marketing practitioner with focus on results, continuous improvement and innovation.
Understands digital communications and the broader commercial landscapes.
Knowledge of e-commerce, web technology, on-line marketing concepts and industry trends will be a plus.
