Job description
- Drive high-volume outbound outreach to secure new partnerships.
- Ensure every merchant is activation-ready, guiding them through the setup process until they are fully functional and ready for handover.
- Maintain real-time CRM accuracy and pipeline transparency.
- Monitor the online presence and initial order volume of new sign-ups.
- Proactively coordinate with internal tech and operations teams to smash activation hurdles, ensuring a stable transition to our Growth teams.
- Gather insights on competitor offerings and vendor pain points during every call.
- Bring energy and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Has relevant experience in sales and prior experience working with restaurants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
- Proficient in using Email, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
- A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to engage with new clients.
