Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements
