Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage and maintain the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry and filing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and familiarity with phone systems.
