Job description
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data within operational systems.
- Monitor and control potential data discrepancies and anomalies.
- Perform data validation as part of the quality control process before data is utilized in business operations.
- Identify data issues and coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate their resolution.
- Execute and maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data management.
- Prepare and ensure the completeness and validity of BAST (Handover Certificate) documents prior to the invoicing process.
- Compile reports and provide actionable feedback for process and data quality improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/IT/Statistics or related field
- Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in data quality or another related field
- Strong attention to detail with a strict data accuracy mindset.
- Mandatory: Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of basic data validation and data cleaning processes.
- Strong analytical thinking capabilities, including the ability to perform simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Plus: Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination (Operations, Billing, Tech).
