大阪・阪急うめだ本店にて、店舗オペレーションと在庫管理の中核を担い、販売チームと連携しながらスムーズな顧客体験を支えていただける方を募集します。

店舗チームについて

Polèneのブティックは、ブランドの世界観を体現する空間であり、国内外の幅広いお客様をお迎えしています。

大阪・阪急うめだ本店は来店数の多い百貨店環境に位置しており、正確でスピード感のあるオペレーションが求められます。そのため本ポジションでは、在庫管理、商品移動、販売サポートを安定して遂行できる方を求めています。

本ポジションは、ストックルーム業務を中心に、販売フロアと連携しながら、日々の店舗運営を支える非常にオペレーション色の強いポジションです。

主な業務内容

在庫管理・商品管理

• 入荷、開梱、納品対応、在庫整理を行い、ストックルームを常に整理された状態に保つ
• 商品の入出荷および在庫移動を正確に管理する
• 在庫状況を把握し、欠品や過剰在庫に関する情報を必要に応じて販売チームへ共有する
• 商品の保管状況を最適化し、ストックスペースを効率的に管理する

販売チームサポート

• 販売フロアとストックの橋渡し役として、必要な商品を迅速かつ正確に準備する
• お客様対応を円滑に進めるため、販売チームと連携して商品提供を行う
• 商品検索や在庫確認を通じて、販売機会の最大化をサポートする
• 必要に応じて店舗内の各種オペレーションをサポートする

店舗運営・オペレーション

• 店舗間の商品移動の準備、管理、記録を行う
• 循環棚卸および年次棚卸に参加し、差異確認や必要な対応を行う
• 在庫精度を維持するため、社内ルールやオペレーション手順を遵守する
• オペレーション上の課題を把握し、改善提案を行う
• 業務状況に応じて柔軟に対応し、全カテゴリーの商品知識を身につける

応募要件

• ラグジュアリー、プレミアム、ファッション、またはリテール業界における類似職種で2年以上の経験をお持ちの方
• 在庫管理、商品管理、ストック業務、または店舗オペレーションの経験をお持ちの方
• 百貨店や来店数の多い環境でも、正確かつスピード感を持って対応できる方
• 自律性が高く、柔軟に優先順位を判断できる方
• 製品、クラフツマンシップ、ブランドの世界観に関心をお持ちの方
• 協調性があり、販売チームを含む周囲と連携しながら業務を進められる方

For our Osaka Umeda Hankyu Department Store, we are looking for a Stock Associate who will play a key role in stockroom operations, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day support to the sales team.

WITHIN OUR STORE TEAM

Polène boutiques bring the brand universe to life and welcome a demanding local and international clientele.

Located in a high-traffic department store environment, the Osaka Umeda Hankyu boutique requires strong operational discipline, accuracy, and responsiveness. This role is suited to a retail professional who can manage stockroom activity efficiently while supporting the smooth execution of store operations.

This is a highly operational role focused on stock management, product flow, inventory control, and support to the sales floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STOCK MANAGEMENT AND INVENTORY CONTROL

• Manage incoming and outgoing product flows, including deliveries, unpacking, stock handling, and stockroom organization
• Maintain an accurate and well-organized stockroom environment
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages, overstock, and relevant inventory information when needed
• Optimize stock storage and ensure efficient product handling processes

SALES FLOOR SUPPORT

• Act as the link between the sales floor and the stockroom by preparing requested items quickly and accurately
• Support the sales team in delivering a smooth and efficient client experience
• Assist with product searches, stock checks, and item availability to support sales opportunities
• Provide operational support across the boutique as needed

STORE OPERATIONS

• Prepare, manage, and track inter-store product transfers
• Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory processes, and support discrepancy follow-up when required
• Follow internal stock procedures and operational guidelines to maintain inventory accuracy
• Identify operational issues and contribute to process improvement
• Remain flexible across daily tasks and develop strong knowledge of all product categories

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar stock, operations, or inventory role, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, or retail
• Experience in stock management, product handling, inventory control, or store operations
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced department store environment
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, and ability to prioritize effectively
• Interest in products, craftsmanship, and the Polène brand universe
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with the sales team
• Strong sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
