大阪・阪急うめだ本店は来店数の多い百貨店環境に位置しており、正確性、スピード、組織力の高いオペレーションが求められます。そのため本ポジションでは、ストック業務全般を安定して管理し、チームをリードできる経験豊富な方を求めています。

本ポジションは、在庫管理、商品移動、棚卸、販売サポート、オペレーション改善を統括する、非常にオペレーション色の強いマネジメントポジションです。

主な業務内容

在庫管理・商品管理

• 入荷、開梱、納品対応、在庫整理、保管スペースの最適化を含む、商品の入出荷管理全般を担う
• 在庫状況を正確に把握し、欠品、過剰在庫、補充状況を適切に管理する
• ストックルーム全体を整理された状態に保ち、効率的な商品保管体制を維持する
• 本社のサプライ・関連チームと連携し、在庫状況や必要情報を適切に共有する

販売フロアサポート

• 販売フロアとストックの橋渡し役として、必要な商品を迅速かつ正確に準備する
• 販売チームと連携し、店舗運営および顧客対応が円滑に進むようサポートする
• 商品検索や在庫確認を通じて、販売機会の最大化を支える
• 必要に応じて、現場オペレーション全体のサポートを行う

店舗オペレーション・パフォーマンス

• 店舗間の商品移動の準備、管理、記録、および関連する情報共有を行う
• 循環棚卸および年次棚卸をリードまたはサポートし、差異分析や必要対応を行う
• 在庫精度とオペレーション品質を維持するため、社内ルールと手順の徹底を図る
• ストックおよびオペレーション上の課題を把握し、改善提案やアクションプランを推進する
• 業務状況に応じて柔軟に対応しながら、全カテゴリーに関する商品知識を深める

応募要件

• ラグジュアリー、プレミアム、ファッション、またはリテール業界におけるストック、在庫管理、オペレーション関連職で4年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
• 在庫管理、商品管理、棚卸、商品移動、店舗オペレーションの経験をお持ちの方
• 自律性が高く、変化の多い環境でも柔軟かつ冷静に対応できる方
• チームワークを重視し、販売チームを含む周囲と協働できる方
• 問題解決力があり、緊急時にも適切に優先順位を判断できる方
• 製品、クラフツマンシップ、ブランドの世界観に関心をお持ちの方
• Microsoft Officeの基本スキルをお持ちの方

For our Osaka Umeda Hankyu Department Store, we are looking for a Stock Manager who will lead stockroom operations, inventory control, and product flow while supporting the smooth execution of store operations and client experience.

WITHIN OUR RETAIL TEAMS

Polène boutiques bring the brand universe to life and welcome a demanding local and international clientele.

Located in a high-traffic department store environment, the Osaka Umeda Hankyu boutique requires a strong operational leader with excellent organization, accuracy, and responsiveness. This role is suited to an experienced professional who can oversee stock operations while working closely with the sales team.

This is a highly operational management role focused on stock management, inventory accuracy, product flow, team coordination, and operational improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STOCK MANAGEMENT AND INVENTORY CONTROL

• Oversee inbound and outbound product flows, including deliveries, unpacking, stock handling, organization, and storage optimization
• Maintain accurate visibility on stock levels, shortages, overstock, replenishment needs, and stockroom organization
• Ensure the stockroom remains efficient, organized, and aligned with operational standards
• Coordinate with headquarters supply and relevant support teams to share inventory updates and operational needs

SALES FLOOR AND STORE SUPPORT

• Act as a key link between the stockroom and the sales floor by preparing requested items quickly and accurately
• Support the sales team in delivering a smooth and efficient client experience
• Assist with product searches, stock checks, and item availability to help maximize sales opportunities
• Provide operational support across the boutique as needed

STORE OPERATIONS AND PERFORMANCE

• Oversee inter-store product transfers, including preparation, tracking, and communication
• Lead or support cycle counts and annual inventory processes, including discrepancy follow-up and stock analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal stock procedures and operational standards to maintain inventory accuracy
• Identify operational gaps and drive improvement actions aligned with store objectives
• Remain flexible across day-to-day priorities while developing strong knowledge of all product categories

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a stock, inventory, or operations role, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, or retail
• Strong experience in stock management, product flow, inventory control, stockroom organization, and store operations
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with the sales team
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to handle urgent situations calmly
• Interest in products, craftsmanship, and the Polène brand universe
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
