In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack, driving our organization's marketing efforts to new heights.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for our marketing applications ecosystem
- Manage and optimize the performance of marketing technologies and platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new marketing applications and integrate existing systems
- Analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our marketing capabilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing applications team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing technology investments
- Create and maintain documentation for marketing applications and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing technology management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of marketing applications, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful technology implementations
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
- Superior leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
