Staff Accountant

Timely and accurate  bank and sales reconciliation for 8 dental locations and corporate departments.  Payables and entry into QuickBooks, Payroll (ADP) processing and reconciliation for approximately 120 employees.  Assist Finance Manager with periodic financial and operational reporting and statements, and other duties as assigned.  Work location: Lawndale, CA.

3-7 years in accounting and/or finance.  Must have QuickBooks experience, and ADP experience preferred but not required.  Proficient with excel.  Time management and excellent communication skills, reliable transportation.
