Job description

Job Description: 

  • Leads the project management and implementation for projects in BEUMER China.
  • Ensures project management skills and techniques are applied consistently throughout the organization, delivering timely and quality outcomes. 
  • Control the project budget and cost based on the company policy, quality standard and agreed targets. 
  • Introduce and apply professional project management processes and tools to the organization.
  • Ensure standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met in processes.
  • Instruct and improve PM knowledge and technology to maximize production efficiency. 
  • Manager the whole project manager team. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree. Major: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Automation Engineering or related major. 
  • More than 10 years related experience in project management field and minimum 5 year at team management position. 
  • Good written and spoken English, German is a plus. 
  • PMP certification is mandatory. 
  • Solid Knowledge of system integration projects and project delivery process in heavy machinery industry. 
  • Solid Project Management Skills. 
  • Familiar with commercial terms of contract. 
  • High level of integrity and strong initiative. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of internal controls. 
  • Excellent English communication skills. 
  • High responsibility and reliability.
