Job Description The Training and Development Specialist plays a critical role in advancing workforce development and organizational goals through effective use of training systems and tools. This position ensures seamless LMS administration, technology integration, and continuous improvement of training delivery with a commitment to integrity and excellence. It also fosters collaboration across teams and maintains accountability for results, while driving strategic initiatives to identify learning needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and promote a culture of growth within the construction team.
