Healthcare Administrator

Generalists who will manage the entire facility or system. Improves efficiency in the health care facilities and the quality of the care provided.Aid the top administrator and handle daily decisions.The HC Administrator will  direct activities in medical records, or health information. As the top administrator,will handle more of the details of daily operations including management of  personnel, finances, and facility operations. Health Administrators must keep up with current computer and software technology and with legislative requirements. In addition, as patient data become more frequently used for quality management and in medical research, health information manager must ensure that databases are complete, accurate, and available only to authorized personnel. Administrator will oversee personnel matters, billing and collection, budgeting, planning, equipment outlays, and patient flow.

Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred.The Master's or Bachelors degree can be in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Accounting or a Business concentration.
