Business / Financial Analyst - IV

Previous Real Estate experience preferred-minimum 2 to 3 years previous comparable work experience Basic Excel proficiency. Candidate must have excellent inter personal skill set. Candidate will interact with numerous departments.The department is subject to Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements and key performance indicators and the successful candidate must demonstrate a superior attention to detail and commitment to quality. Responsible for abstracting and administering lease agreements (i.e. Amendments, Supplements, Proforma Leases, Non-Standard Leases, and Acquisitions, etc), processing payment administration and ensuring the integrity of data, both financial and non-financial, that is stored within HQNRE corporate databases of record.  Responsible for answering customer calls from landlords that have leases with Client.  Proficiency in using PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word), spreadsheets; 5-10 years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Strong knowledge of various software applications, such as relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate data reports; Must be well organized, detailed and excellent problem solver; Ability to oversee multiple workstreams and meet deadlines. Willingness to work in a team environment, and in a proactive manner; Ability to reconcile and analyze accounts; Must have the ability to multi-task, document clearly and efficiently, and is comfortable working in a fast pace environment Previous Real Estate experience preferred Basic Excel proficiency. Education:Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
