Sr Manager,Portfolio management and Business Operations

Support Director of Program and Alliance management for tracking global Portfolio status and initiation of cross functional planning in Japan R&D with global RDPL/CPL. This role provides project management skills for global portfolio tracking. This job also includes tracking of Japan project status, resource affordability and operational spending to deliver milestones/goals as planned. This serves a role for clerical and analytical work for budget planning and tracking.

• Track the global portfolio status including licensed in programs by collaborating with global portfolio director and identify technical trigger to start Japan CD planning with RDPL and CPL.
• Monitor and control project status to deliver the goal and milestones on plan and within budget by liaising information from Program Managers
• Collaborate R&D functions, Finance and HR in Japan for helping strategic resources, budget and vender management by Director of Program and Alliance management
• Conduct resource and budget analysis to help Japan R&D deployment by Director of Program and Alliance management and Head of Japan R&D
• Serve Project management skill to conduct Japan R&D events including off-site meeting, training etc. with Director of Program and Alliance management and Head of Japan R&D
