Logistics Supervisor

• Manage the flow of products from plant down to the market level with less cost.

• Manage fleet scheduling and coordination with responsible parties.

• Negotiate and monitor progress on internal and external complaints, and resolved within given time.

• Oversee and manage execution of all port operations activities based on Master Plan that includes on time cargo dispatches to customers, and replenishment to outlet.

• Maximize usage of all available resources (manpower, machine etc.)

• Maintain integrity of information relative to inventory and costs as well as ensure effective and on-going communication with all levels of employees of the company.

• Monitors and resolve problems encountered at any given time as operations is on fast pace scheme. Ensure proper and timely communication.

• Determine the fastest, most economic way to transport cargo.

• Analyze the demand for supplies and forecast future needs.

• Execute sequencing of Customers orders by allocation.

• Coordination to warehouse to ensure the readiness of items that needed to shipped.

• College graduate any 4 year course.

• Logistics/Supply chain experience.

• Familiar in SKU's handling

• Keen on details, Customer Service Satisfaction (QA skills an advantage)

• Team Player/Builder with good interpersonal relationship skill

• Proficient on computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability on multi task with minimum supervision.

• Firm, Neutral and with Good Leadership towards co workers.

• Male/Female 25-40 years old.
