Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible work scope:

• Wire rope sourcing and negotiation for non-China region and High Rise projects

• Build up Wire rope WHQ compliance with Global Engineering and Supplier Quality.

· Participate key project meetings (service, MOD, High rise project related), work as the supplier liaison and responsible for the assigned project action.

· Implement price & terms negotiation to meet business target. Drive the saving performance on assigned materials/projects and all other productivity initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders from all functions.

· Management of supplier escalations for operation support, ensuring effective and fast process.

· Ensure the compliance of company policy and process (e.g. PDP/XRB/SRB).

· Support category strategy buildup and implementation.

· Other assignment

• Build up Wire rope WHQ compliance with Global Engineering and Supplier Quality.

Basic Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor or above, major in engineering or supply chain management is preferred

· Experience: Wire rope engineering and purchasing is preferred. Several years in supply chain/ purchasing management in Elevator (preferred), Automotive or construction material industry (metal focused).

· Language: Workable English in both spoken and writing

· Computer Skills: Good skills in Office software

· Other key competencies:

• Proven ability to work with diverse global teams to achieve cost, quality, and time to market commitments.

• Used to lead global business sourcing projects with flexible work time (early morning or night call expected on weekly basis)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding on different process cost.

• Has knowledge on quality control.

• Innovative and self-motivated.
