Registered Nurse – Neuro/Telemetry

Overview

Serve a Neuro/Telemetry unit near Crawfordville with diverse med-surg and neuro patients. Benefit from team support, evidence-based practice, and 1:5–1:6 staffing ratios.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neuro and cardiac-tele assessments and interventions

• Recognize and report neuro changes; interpret/act on telemetry trends

• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, case management, and pharmacy

• Educate patients/families on recovery goals and discharge readiness

• Uphold documentation accuracy, infection control, and safety standards

Required

• Current RN license (FL or Compact)

• 1 year of acute care RN experience

• BLS; ACLS within 6 months

Preferred

• BSN

• Neuro/telemetry or step-down background
