Job description
What you will do:
- Team Coaching: Provide guidance and support to teams on Agile practices, helping them to adopt and improve their use of Agile methodologies.
- Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure they are effective and productive.
- Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in team processes and workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentorship: Mentor team members and leaders to develop their Agile skills and mindset.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Culture Shift to promote and embed an Agile, customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the impact of Agile practices and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with Agile practices and goals.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within teams to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
- Agile Advocacy: Act as a champion for Agile methodologies, promoting their benefits and encouraging their adoption across the organization.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years working in Agile and waterfall delivery environments, or exposure to different delivery methodologies
- Experience of working in Banking, financial services in a product-led environment
- Must have Agile coaching certification(s) such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent.
- In-depth understanding of various agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and their application in enterprise settings.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices, with the ability to lead cultural shifts and navigate resistance to change.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
