Job description
What you will be doing:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and performance metrics
- Support risk management processes by identifying, documenting, and monitoring project risks
- Facilitate project meetings and assist in the creation of presentation materials
- Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of PMO best practices and methodologies
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
What you should bring:
- Family Book is a MUST have for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- No experience required but strong interest in projects management/administration.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira is a plus.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Solid understanding of risk management and budgeting principles is a plus.
