Company is an innovative, high technology, global software organization. Customer Support Consultant reports to the Global Services Manager. The position As a Customer Support Consultant you:*Provide direct support to existing customers (1st line support)*Assist in the QA of new fixes, patches and releases of our product suites*Write documentation with regards to new product releases*Liaise with 2nd line support to resolve customer incidents Your profile We expect you to:*have a Bachelor qualification in IT, or have at least two years' experience in the field of Quality (IT Testing) and/or Customer Support*have a good command of the Dutch and English language*possess customer service skills and good communicative abilities, both written and verbally*possess good organizational skills*be residing within commutable distance to headquarters in Coevorden, the Netherlands*be able to prioritize your work
Bottom Line Requirements:
- Bachelor qualification in IT, or have at least two years' experience in the field of Quality (IT Testing) and/or Customer Support.2. Good command of the Dutch and English language.3.
