Job description

  • The Helpdesk Analyst provides technical assistance, support and advice to end users; this entails investigating and resolving computer software and hardware issues.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to resolve end user issues utilizing remote tools
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Experience with the removal of viruses and/or malware
  • Windows (Windows 7 and above), Smartphones (Android, IOS etc.); 2-3yrs. experience
  • MS Office (2010 and above); 2-3 years exp.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience using TeamViewer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
