Job description
- The Helpdesk Analyst provides technical assistance, support and advice to end users; this entails investigating and resolving computer software and hardware issues.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to resolve end user issues utilizing remote tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Experience with the removal of viruses and/or malware
- Windows (Windows 7 and above), Smartphones (Android, IOS etc.); 2-3yrs. experience
- MS Office (2010 and above); 2-3 years exp.
Preferred:
- Previous experience using TeamViewer
