Job description
- Moving, installing, replacing and testing computer equipment
- Performing software installations and updates
- Training users
- Conducting preventative maintenance
- Preparing reports and conducting audits
- Performing routine trouble-shooting and problem resolution and providing routine support for customers using software and systems
- Will apply images to laptop and desktop computers
- Configure and install network attached and local printers
- Ship IT equipment to remote locations
- Provide telephone support for system installation and testing
- Provide documentation related to system builds and installations
- 2+ yrs experience as a Field Service Technician
- 1+ yrs of Customer Service experience
- Strong knowledge of computers
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- 2 Month Contract +/-
- Pay: DOE
- Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
