Job description
- Supervise the activities of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians and the operations of Patient Service Centers according to established policies and procedures.
- Daily travel within the Metro-Phoenix area to visit client offices and Patient Service Centers
- Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills.
- Operate a personal computer
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred w/2-3 years of experience in related field
- Associate’s Degree with 3-6 years of experience is acceptable
- Requires a Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record
- Must have a phlebotomist training/certification
- Legal authorization to work in the US
Pay Rate: DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5PM
