Job description

  • To coordinate with "Guest Relation Department" covering received claims, and dispatch them to the technical team. 
  • To update and follow up regarding the daily tasks and emergencies schedule on a daily basis.
  • To create and update the daily schedule & insure data entry.
  • To assign tasks to the technical team, follow up & insure task accomplishment in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • To offer technical support for the maintenance coordinator & technical team, regarding fast and urgent decision making.
  • To follow-up & supervise the junior & regional maintenance coordinators and to assess their overall performance and report back to the HOD.
  • To follow-up & supervise the technical team and to assess their overall performance and report back to the HOD.
  • To complete tasks assigned by the management.
  • To coordinate with the Owner’s contact center coordinator.
  • To handle to "Petit Cash" and coordinate with the accounting department accordingly.
  • To closely follow-up and solve problematic issues and related projects and report back to the HOD.
  • To complete a full snagging & commissioning for all new listings (onboarding).
  • To coordinate with suppliers and outsource people for quotations and inquiries.
  • To perform regular inventory of the maintenance store as well as technical team's tools & equipment.
  • To report the HOD any misconducting behavior or anomality upon occurrence. 
  • Candidate should be a post or fresh graduated Engineer (Civil or Electro-Mechanical) degree &/or have a relative experience in maintenance coordination. 
  • Certifications/Training in Maintenance related matters are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, electrical, generators, painting, and general carpentry repairs.
  • Time management, reporting and planning skills. Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills with the understanding of cost and time.
  • Advanced knowledge in English & Arabic, French is a plus.
  • Ability to participate, supervise & coordinate actively within a team.
  •  Ability to undertake work with limited supervision be self-motivated and demonstrate a flexible, adaptable attitude to achieve operational requirements.
  • Able to accept accountability and responsibility.
