Strategy & Planning Analyst

The Strategy & Planning Analyst will lead to the development and execution of the AMER InfraSols strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. This role involves taking ownership of strategic initiatives, driving them from conception to completion with minimal supervision. The manager will collaborate closely with the Strategy Director and AMER leader to prepare QBRs, MBRs, and other strategic reports. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams across different time zones, leading strategic meetings, providing expert support and research, and maintaining a strong focus on both short-term results and long-term vision. The manager will also act as a liaison between the AMER region and global strategy team, ensuring alignment and consistency in strategic initiatives
