Join a leading aviation team supporting business jet programs in Dallas, TX.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Aircraft Quality Control Inspector to perform aircraft inspection, documentation review, configuration verification, and return-to-service authorization on Global and Challenger business aircraft.
This is a direct hire opportunity within a high-performance business aviation environment, ensuring aircraft meet all regulatory, safety, and airworthiness requirements prior to release.
- Perform aircraft quality inspections and return-to-service (RTS) evaluations
- Conduct walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release from maintenance
- Verify aircraft configuration through maintenance records and physical inspection
- Review and validate all maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Research and interpret maintenance programs including:
- Inspection Programs
- Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
- Service Bulletins
- Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA)
- Ensure all work packages, logbooks, and regulatory documentation are complete and accurate (FAA, FAR, CAA, customer requirements)
- Support and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Assist Quality Inspectors and support aircraft return-to-service processes as needed
- Train, coach, and mentor maintenance personnel within area of qualification
- Provide inspection reports and technical data to customers upon request
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required
- Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in corporate or business aviation
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Inspector in an aviation maintenance environment
- Strong knowledge of airworthiness requirements, FAA/FAR regulations, and maintenance documentation standards
- Experience performing aircraft inspections, configuration audits, and return-to-service processes
- High attention to detail and strong documentation accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated aviation environment
