General Overview A re you looking for an opportunity to help others improve their oral health? As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit. At Chagrin Family Dental, we are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice. Schedule: we require someone who is available every Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am-1:00 pm 2:00 pm- 5:00 pm Tuesday: 7:30 am- 1:00 pm 2:00 pm- 5:00 pm Wednesday: 8:30 am- 1:00 pm 2:00 pm-4:00 pm Thursday: 9:30 am -4:00 pm Responsibilities At Chagrin, create a transformative first impression that turns routine dental visits into extraordinary, personalized experiences that reflect our commitment to patient care. Master the art of strategic scheduling, optimizing patient flow and creating seamless, efficient experiences that keep our practice running like a well-oiled machine. Manage patient documents and records. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Either 1+ year of exceptional customer service experience in a patient-centered or customer centric environment, demonstrating Chagrin's commitment to creating meaningful, personalized connections that go beyond traditional dental care. Notes experience learning and figuring tings out on your own, we will teach you, but you have to be willing to figure things out on your own. We use Dentacon, and you would have to learn it. We require someone who can commit to 100% of the posted schedule. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of dental operations. Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits.
