Responsibilities The Opportunity: This role is part of the Digital Solutions & Analytics team within Global Operations Finance and is responsible for Global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) data, reporting, and analytics. The position owns EHS metric definitions, data governance, data collection, and data quality, ensuring accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready reporting across all regions. Responsibilities include preparing and validating EHS performance and risk reporting for the PepsiCo Risk Committee and Board of Directors, as well as supporting ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, GEHSMS internal audits, and third‑party data verification audits. The role also leads the implementation and sustainment of the Operating Efficiency metric “Labor Efficiency”; including data validation, analytical tool development, training, and long‑term governance. Your Impact: Own and govern Global EHS data accuracy and integrity across myEHS, Teradata, and reporting platforms; publish standardized Tableau/Power BI reports. Prepare, validate, and deliver Global EHS performance and risk reporting for the PepsiCo Executive Committee (PEC) and Board of Directors. Provide EHS analytics and insights, including deep dives, trend monitoring, and identification of emerging risks. Maintain and govern the Global Metrics Handbook, including metric definitions, document control, and capability building with Sector teams. Serve as the primary global contact for internal and external EHS reporting and disclosures (e.g., DJSI, GRI), ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness. Support GEHSMS audits, standards implementation, and EHS metrics training, including management of training records in myEHS. Lead third‑party data verification and enterprise scorecard/audit reviews, escalating “at‑risk” results to Global EHS leadership. Lead the implementation and sustainment of the Operating Efficiency metric “Labor Efficiency” including data quality, analytics, playbooks, training, and governance. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 2-4 years of experience with bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or Finance Prior experiences and knowledge in one or more key PepsiCo Financial/Operating area (e.g. SC Finance, Ops related support - Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing, etc.) either at a Corporate or Sector/Site level 2+ years of experience in data analytics and modeling utilizing PowerBI or Tableau, 1+ years of experience in Alteryx and PowerApps; Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel Proven proficiency in attention to detail, schedule management and organizational skills. This includes the ability to work in a very fast paced environment with multiple initiatives at various stages at any one time, ability to handle many workstreams at once Embraces technology and systems as a means of driving efficiency in reporting Change management skills including development and execution of culturally-aligned change management strategies and targeted plans Proven team player with the capability to collaborate with various teams and influence others; coordination & collaboration skills required to manage a wide network Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and self-managed, also able to work well in a team environment Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the organization; develops persuasive, focused communications to enable management decisions Integrity, a high sense of accountability, and a strong work ethic Familiarity with PepsiCo EHS Metrics and KPI’s; education and experience in developing/delivering EHS training (related to Metrics handbook / MyEHS) Foster an atmosphere of openness and information sharing in order to encourage a culture of high awareness, transparency, and diligence with respect to safety matters Strong English on a Bilingual level.
