THE JOB:

As a Lifeguard at Luxor, you play a key role in creating a safe, relaxing, and memorable poolside experience for every guest. Through your professionalism, warm presence, and keen attentiveness, you anticipate guests’ needs while ensuring that all safety standards are consistently upheld.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergency situations.

• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property.

• Report all guest and employee incidents/accidents to a supervisor and complete needed documentation.

• Direct guests to key locations in the property including emergency exits and procedures.

• Proactively greet and interact with guests, assist all guests with pool side needs to include seating, towels, hours of operations, ADA requirements, amenities, directions and other needs.

• Respond and resolve guest needs in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.

• Responsible for daily pool set-up and breakdown, cleaning, linen distribution and maintaining attentiveness to the environment to enhance guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience preferred

• Experience as a Pool Guest Attendant or Lifeguard preferred

• Available to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
