If you need more than our great company culture, you should keep in mind the opportunity to Develop your career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment Receive a medical subscription extended to your spouse and children Celebrate your birthday with an extra paid day off Explore thousands of courses through LinkedIn Learning, to boost your skills anytime Access Bookster – your gateway to inspiration and self-development through reading Benefit from our Employee Assistance Program for mental well-being and support Be part of a community that values your learning, health, and happiness every day YOUR responsibilities as a Finance Controller will include (but not limited to): Lead the PO, GR and cash out reporting process versus approved budgets for internal stakeholders Provide continuous financial support to the Factory Leadership Team Ensure CAPEX control from project approval until capitalization and depreciation Monitor and control costs related to industrial projects Provide technical support throughout the purchase order to payment process Actively participate in industrial project meetings and support decision-making with financial insight Track, analyze, and challenge productivity performance Support forecasting and budgeting processes with high accuracy and timely reporting Build strong partnerships with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders About You We are looking for a Finance Controller with the following profile: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Controlling or Finance Business Partner role Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and business processes Experience in CAPEX management and cost controlling within industrial/manufacturing environments is a strong advantage Fluency in Romanian & English Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (PowerBI is an advantage) Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities Strong business partnering mindset and proactive approach Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Team player with strong communication skills About Us About Us Danone’s mission is bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we want to invite people to join the movement for a healthier world.
