Overview The Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead the Business Enablement vertical. In this role, you will oversee and manage various projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and finalization, adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints. As a Team Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the smooth and efficient transition and delivery of shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will bring expertise in Digital Marketing, campaign management, and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, VBA, and Salesforce (SFDC) reports and dashboards. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Plan: Develop comprehensive project plans, align with stakeholders, identify risks, and define KPIs and success metrics for projects, campaigns, and shared services. Monitor: Track progress against KPIs, address deviations, and use dashboards for real-time insights into performance and outcomes. Communicate: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through updates, meetings, and detailed reports. Lead: Mentor teams, set clear expectations, and foster innovation to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Ensure: Conduct quality checks, adhere to standards, and implement post-project reviews for continuous improvement. Manager: Optimize resource allocation, balance priorities, and proactively resolve constraints to meet timelines.
