I am currently recruiting for a Female Financial Sales Lead for a leading credit financial institution. The ideal candidate should have core sound experience in sales in a lending institution

Location : *Ibadan*

*Job Description*

• Lead a team of financial sales Team to achieve sales Goals
• Plan and implement sales strategy in line with business objective to meet sales quota
• Source for new customer while maintaining the old ones
• Perform other duties assigned by the management

• HND/BSc /MSc in Banking and finance or any Business-related Program • Minimum 8 Years relevance work experience in Financial Lending (Microfinance) is a  Must
• Must posses the ability to Negotiate with Prospect and maintain Relationships
• Must have good communication and corresponding skill
• Must Possess Good Leadership skill
• Must be a Female and Resident of Ibadan

Salary - *#300,000 (Open to upward negotiation) *
