Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, or client meetings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Able to read Thai and Mandarin
