Job description

We are looking for a receptionist/office assistant for a CPA firm in the Castle Pines area for the tax season. Reliability is key.

Job Description:

  • Front desk receptionist - temporary for tax season
  • Handle phones/set appointments as clients call in/greet clients/handle mail/minor office duties as needed. Basic computer skills. 
  • Professional dress code
  • Non-smoking office
  • Professional environment
  • Need to be motivated, eager, dependable, like people, multi-task, good phone skills.
  • Other duties as assigned

Phone experience, basic MS Office skills (Word & Excel), Quickbooks knowledge is a plus. Reliability, punctual, and a chip in attitude.
