Job description

Job Description :

  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regards to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC)
  • Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing the insights for development
  • Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination
  • Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from the existing customers
  • Co-ordinate with the Existing clients to cross sell new service
  • Attending client meetings with the Account Manager to fix issues
  • Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project
  • Identifying account growth opportunities and directing these to the Sales team
  • Responsible for all aspects of project closure including producing project reports

Job Requirement :

  • 1+ years of exp. into SEO execution or client servicing or into online/digital marketing
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Good working knowledge of the business, particularly in Project Management/Client Services activities
  • Experience with managing a client account
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies
  • Ability to consultatively engage with customers and to quickly make complex decisions
  • Broad understanding / working knowledge across a broad range of service lines

Graduation

Strong communication skills is a must, Training will be given for using different Business Development tools.
