About the role: We are building a modern, AI-ready data ecosystem from the ground up with no legacy constraints. As our first Senior Data Architect in the central data function, you will shape the foundational architecture and best practices that will support core insurance operations (agency, homeowners policy systems, fronting carrier ecosystem), enterprise analytics, data products, machine learning platforms, agentic systems, and conversational BI. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role. You will prototype solutions, make pragmatic architectural decisions quickly, and guide a team of senior engineers who will challenge your thinking. Expect real ownership and direct influence on platform direction.
