Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Set individual and team performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex sales deals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Track record of successfully closing high-value deals and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our company's sector
  • Sales management certifications are preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
