Job description

● Analyze finances with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with

budgets.

● Oversee preparation of detailed reports on the company’s financial performance.

● Evaluate and manage risk

● Oversee audit processes

● Oversee the financial and strategic planning of the company including forecasting

and budgeting. Develop plans for financial growth

● Business model development & forecasting

● Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company

growth needs. Prepare the company to pursue equity or debt funding

● Evaluate, structure, execute and finance acquisitions and strategic partnerships

● Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company

● Act as the main point of consolidation and integration of operations services in

the market, to all market clients. This covers existing contracts, to deliver the

revenue and operating profit committed

● Accountable for overall Operations service delivery to clients in the market

● Ensure that demand is accurately managed.

● Manage proactively contract /service catalog in conjunction with operational

teams.

● Service and disciplinary management of the Market IT Service delivery team,

providing direction for goal setting, prioritization and team direction

● Set clear goals and delivery plans for the team , communicating and managing

them in line with business needs, KPIs & measures

● Strive for excellence in the key areas of cost control and overall productivity.

● Effectively communicate key business messages and customer issues to

employees.

● Ensure compliance with corporate processes and strategy in line with planning.

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or economics; MSc is an advantage.

● 8 – 10 years business experience with a broad range of financial functions

including in-house financial management and planning, external audit, financial

transactions, and capital raising. .

● Must have strong financial modeling skills, communication skills.

● Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

● Experience budgeting and forecasting.

Demonstrated ability to lead a finance team and provide strategic direction

● Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to

support business decision

● Expertise in assessing and managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with

financial regulations, and implementing internal controls

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with

stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, board members.

● Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes to increase

efficiency, productivity, and quality.

● Experience in capital allocation, investment analysis, and evaluating business

opportunities for growth and profitability.

● Strong skills in developing and executing operational strategies aligned with

organizational goals

● Tech-savvy with advanced computer skills, including Microsoft suite

● Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills

● Good time management and organizational skills

● Confident, Reliable, Charismatic and Persistent
